 Grand Horizons

Grand Horizons HOA is a 55+ community located in Zephyrhills, Florida.  It consists of 350 homes, and the community is located at the southeast corner of Pasco County.   Each homeowner owns their property and is responsible for maintaining their home and property.  Since beautiful weather is normal year-round, residents can enjoy all of the offered activities in this 55+ community.

Grand Horizons is an active community.  We are 29 miles from Tampa and 79 miles from Orlando. Wesley Chapel is to the west and has an abundance of shopping and restaurant choices.  A nationally recognized local hospital and medical Clinic are just minutes away.  Avid golfers have plenty of courses nearby to choose from.
